About The Journal

Journal of Current Viruses and Treatment Methodologies (JVAT) is a premier scientific journal devoted to advances in the study of viruses and their associated treatments. Its objectives are to promote and advance the research of current viruses and their treatments, to provide a platform for the exchange of ideas and information between experts in the field and to serve as a source of knowledge for researchers and practitioners in this area. JVAT is an open access journal which is published by Open Access Pub. 

The journal welcomes original research articles, case studies, reviews, commentaries, and letters to the editor that cover a wide range of topics related to viruses and their treatments. The journal is dedicated to providing an outlet for high-quality and timely research on topics such as infection mechanisms, antiviral drug discovery, virus detection and diagnosis, drug resistance, vaccine development, epidemiology, and public health.

Mission:

JVAT provides a unique platform for the discussion of topics of the highest interest, relevance, and timeliness in the field of virus research. Our mission is to bring together the latest knowledge and insights to improve our understanding of virus biology, associated diseases, and their potential treatments. The journal will support the development of new strategies, technologies, and therapeutic approaches that can be applied to public health and medical settings. 

Article Processing Charges:

JVAT supports open access publishing and there are no restrictions or fees on author self-archiving. Article Processing Charges are required to cover the costs of peer-review, editorial, production, and hosting of the journal. The article processing charges for JVAT are highly competitive compared to other journals and are in accordance with industry standards.

Instructions:

Authors are encouraged to submit manuscripts that report on novel discoveries, methods, and hypotheses related to current viruses and their treatments accordance with the journal’s guidelines. All submitted manuscripts must contain original research and be written in English, must have accurate and consistent formatting, and must adhere to the journal’s ethical and scientific standards. In addition, any conflicts of interest must be declared by the authors, and all corresponding data must be made available to the editors upon request. All manuscripts must be submitted through the journal's online submission system. Upon publication, the authors will be required to sign a copyright form allowing the journal to freely reproduce the published material. 

Submission Process:

The journal welcomes original research papers, review articles, case studies, short communications, and other contributed papers in the field of viruses and treatment methodologies. Submissions must be written in English and include an abstract, references, and relevant figures and tables. All studies should adhere to ethical standards and provide evidence of research conformity to the relevant guidelines. The content of each article should be original, unpublished, and not under consideration by any other publication. The journal’s editorial team will provide a detailed review and record of the submission process.
